Fraser Takes 1st in Air Rifle Championship

Volunteer High School NJROTC Cadet Wins
 National Indoor Air Rifle Championship
 
Jaden Fraser, a 2nd Year Marksman, takes first place in the NRA National Air Rifle Championship, earning her First National Title.
The NRA National Indoor Rifle Championships are compiled from separate Sectional Tournaments shot throughout the U.S. Volunteers’ Marksmanship team traveled to Walhalla, SC, in mid March to shoot in the 40 shot standing competition. A total of 200 shooters fired in the competition throughout the country. 
In mid August, the rifle team coach was notified that Jaden Fraser had placed first overall in the competition with a score of 357 out of a possible 400 points.
This week, upon receipt of awards, Jaden was presented with a Gold National Championship Neck Medal and Plaque.
