Organization of Watauga Libraries

OWL is the Organization of Watauga Libraries, a network of public libraries that serves northeast Tennessee area of Carter, Greene, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi and Washington counties.  OWL libraries have a common catalog system, and patrons can use the system to find books at other member libraries. When a patron requests a book from another library, a courier brings it to the patron's home library when it becomes available.
