MATERIALS PICK UP INFORMATION

Students and/or parents will be able to drive-through and pick up schedules, student handbooks, and other information next week.  The table below contains the dates and times for pick up.  “Time A-M” is for the students with last names beginning with letters A-M.  “Time N-Z” is for students with last names beginning with letters N-Z.  VHS staff will also be available on Friday, August 7, from 5:00 until 7:00 for any student who was not able to come on their scheduled day.

Students will enter campus using the Tipton Avenue entrance and exit onto Volunteer Blvd.

Homeroom teachers will be scheduling a time to meet with their students virtually or by phone during the week.  Parents and guardians, please log into your Skyward account at your earliest convenience to update contact information and complete required yearly forms using the “Information Verification 2020-2021” tab in Family Access.  If you need your Skyward information, office staff will be available beginning August 4 to assist you.

Thank you all for your patience as the VHS staff continues to work hard to prepare everything for the 2020-2021 school year!

Welcome to Volunteer High School

Hawkins County Schools' graduates are prepared for college and career to enable them to become productive citizens and successful members of the workforce.  Hawkins County Schools recognizes that when families are engaged in their children's education, the students achieve higher grades, have better attendance and behavior, complete more homework and demonstrate a more positive attitude toward school. We believe that building meaningful and authentic partnerships with our families and communities is the best way to ensure our students' success in school, careers and life.
