I am a 1982 graduate of Volunteer High School. Upon graduation from East Tennessee State University with degree in Biology, I served twenty-eight years on active duty in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. My service included six years overseas, deploying twice to both Iraq and Bosnia-Herzegovina and being stationed twice in Germany and also in South Korea. My previous teaching experience includes the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center & School.
