Hi! I'm Ms. Post!

I'm from Florida originally, but Tennessee has been my home for almost a decade, and I like it here better, so I hope you're okay with me calling myself a Tennessean.

I love my boyfriend of 9 years (Akshey), my orange cat (Mufasa), and all things having to do with Halloween.

I got my Bachelor's at ETSU in 2020! I student-taught at Liberty Bell, then I was an interim teacher at Dobyns-Bennett. Now I'm here! This is my 4th year at VHS, and I am proud to be part of this school.
