The State Track & Field Championship continues and we’re celebrating another huge accomplishment! 🎉 Congratulations to the Coed 4x400 team of Azlee Keck, Brandon Begley, Raya Kochemba, and Daniel Miller for finishing 6th place, earning All-State honors, and breaking the SCHOOL RECORD with a time of 3:58.05! 🏅🔥

The Track & Field State Championship is underway! Starting off with a huge congratulations to Jeremiah Jones on earning 6th place and ALL STATE. We are incredibly proud of you and excited to see all you accomplish both on and off the track! 🏅👏🏽 Running Events are scheduled to start at 4pm ET. Come on down to Tom Black Track at the University of Tennessee!

Home schooled and/or nontraditional students: To participate in athletics, you must meet the following criteria: 1) The family must reside in the school’s territory (must be zoned for the school you wish to tryout/play for) 2) Must notify the Principal of intent to try out prior to the first day of official practice in that sport. ROSIE’S GIRLS BOOTCAMP JUNE 15 THROUGH JUNE 18 Build real projects and explore careers in industrial maintenance, electrical, engineering, construction, and more. Students will complete hands on activities like wiring a working light, using tools, and working with real equipment, and will get to keep what they make. Transportation to and from Volunteer High School is required. Lunch is provided. Spots are limited. Volunteer Cross Country will be hosting a Parent & Athlete Information Meeting for any upcoming 9th graders and returning athletes interested in being part of the team for the 2026 season! The meeting will be held on May 26 at 6:00 PM in the Volunteer High School Little Theater and will cover summer training, team expectations, schedules, and important information for the upcoming season. Parents and guardians are encouraged to attend. We can’t wait to get the season started and are looking forward to another great season!

Girls Soccer Summer Schedule Change Below

REMINDER Physicals for the 2026-27 athletic year will be made available to students at Volunteer High School tomorrow from 8-11am. Cost will be $15, cash only. Licensed physicians will be onsite to assist and sign off on these physicals. This is a convenient opportunity to take care of the required physicals needed to participate in any athletic functions beginning May 25th, 2026 through the end of the 2027 school year.

Lady Falcons Basketball

Falcons Soccer travels to Elizabethton this afternoon in pursuit of the program's first Region Tournament win in program history. The Falcons will take on the Cyclones in the Soccer Region 1AA Semifinals tonight with the Region Championship and State Sectional game on the line.
